Customer Service & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deal with daily enquiries from our UK and overseas customers as well as our suppliers.

Typical duties would involve following up all email enquiries, answering telephones and liaising with Royal Mail on delivery enquiries.

In addition to dealing with customers, you will also be trained on admin duties such as raising purchase orders, printing off weekly reports, allocating stocks, checking and updating product prices and stock on our website and listing products.

We are therefore looking for an individual with excellent verbal & written communication skills, who is efficient, organised and will go the extra mile for the customer. Must be competent on Excel and Word. Full training will be given on internal IT systems.

You will be solely responsible for dealing with customers and will be working as part of a small and busy team.

Junior Merchandiser / Stock Allocator

We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser / Allocator with at least 1 year’s experience in a relevant role, to join our small, busy team based in Middlewich.

You would be responsible for raising purchase orders, checking forward orders from suppliers, monitoring sell-through and re-ordering top-up lines direct from suppliers; amending sale prices; allocating stock to our retail outlets; and listing new stock on our websites.

We are therefore looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail who is efficient, organised and hard working. Must be fully competent on Excel.

Full training will be given on internal IT systems including stock system and website admin.
