British technical clothing brand Musto launches the HTX Collection, the next level in multi-terrain and multiperformance outdoor clothing. With dynamic styling and the precision engineering Musto is renowned for, this all-new clothing range provides superior agility and protection for the ultimate adventure or hunt. The HTX Collection is an extension of Musto’s country line, catering to the modern hunter, prepared to stalk the highlands and dense forests in search of the ultimate countryside adventure.
The Collection combines Musto’s British country heritage with pioneering technology to provide defence against the elements for the hardiest of adventurers, ready to weather difficult terrain and hostile conditions. Lead country designer Louise Clinton offered insight into her design process:
“When hunting in harsh climates, preparation and excellent equipment are paramount. Our requirements were maximum breathability, total waterproofing and durability in the external face of the fabric as well as the membrane. As a designer, it is important
for me that I talk to the people who will be wearing this clothing. I travelled to Norway and Scotland to research exactly what hunters needed and set about designing a collection that would work just as well for Europe as it would in the UK. New fabrics were developed and tested, changes in basic pocket layouts and construction all had to be just right. Musto prides itself in making the best technical clothing for the worst weather sports and The HTX Collection is innovative in its field.”
